As someone who has lived through these struggles, I know how isolating and discouraging they can feel. My role as a coach and mentor, is not only to share tools and offer guidance, but to walk with you in ways that bring compassion to the process.

Coaching Sessions (via Zoom) are booked a la carte. No required, longterm commitment for months at a time. I understand firsthand how emotionally and financially draining this experience is, and I created options to meet you where you're at. 60 and 90 minutes sessions are available. My recommendation is 60 minutes once a week, or 90 minutes twice a month, but even one-off coaching sessions are available for those individuals who just need a little extra support here and there.
