About Me
It might be anxiety, but it’s not “just anxiety.” Anxiety can look like a shaky moment after too much coffee, or it can feel like a constant, crushing storm of physical symptoms that don’t let up, day or night, for weeks, months, or even years. I know, because I lived it.

I drained my savings. I maxed out credit cards. I sat in doctor after doctor’s office, tried every supplement, every diet, every new protocol I could find. Nothing worked. I was sure I would never live normally again. I didn’t even want to exist.
If any of this sounds familiar, I want you to know you’re not alone, and I want to help.
Your Recovery Journey
Harnessing Neuroplasticity for Lasting Change

Support, Tools, and Compassion

We're often told to be kind to others, but when it comes to ourselves, compassion can be the hardest thing to offer, esp on this recovery journey that is often riddled with guilt or shame. As someone who has lived through these struggles, I know how isolating and discouraging they can feel. My role as a coach and mentor, is not only to share tools and offer guidance, but to walk with you in ways that bring compassion to the process.

Education on Neuroplasticity

Learn how to reframe your perception of the overwhelming symptoms and sensations of nervous system dysregulation, and shift your responses through Root and Response's guidance and mentorship.

Your Budget, Your Capacity

Coaching Sessions (via Zoom) are booked a la carte. No required, longterm commitment for months at a time. I understand firsthand how emotionally and financially draining this experience is, and I created options to meet you where you're at. 60 and 90 minutes sessions are available. My recommendation is 60 minutes once a week, or 90 minutes twice a month, but even one-off coaching sessions are available for those individuals who just need a little extra support here and there.

My Approach
I’m not a doctor or a therapist. I’m someone who’s been where you are, who tried nearly everything before finding a path that made sense: nervous system rewiring. Again and again, people who recovered from these kinds of symptoms told me the same thing: recovery came through neuroplasticity; changing their response. It’s not quick. It’s not neat. But it works.

My role as a coach and mentor is to give you tools and steady support while you navigate your own recovery. This is not about finding a perfect cure. It’s about learning how to walk the non-linear path of healing with guidance instead of confusion.

When I was at my worst, I believed I was the one who couldn’t be helped. The exception. Too far gone. Beyond repair. But that wasn’t true. Recovery is possible. Life can feel good again.

Amy's coaching helped me where other programs and coaches fell short. I had paid thousands for help before finding her on social media, and even felt worse after some programs. When I connected with her, my PPPD was so bad I could not leave the house, and I could barely leave my room. I felt like I was failing as a parent and husband, and watched as everyone around me in other programs was getting better, while I was stuck in hell. She was the only other person I found whose symptoms were so severe that I related immediately, and her patience and understanding of this process was the catalyst for my recovery, and truly helped me in my darkest times. I have hope for the first time in 2 years. I was legitimately surprised at how professional her coaching was, compared to things I bought that cost much more, she is the real deal and truly feels like a caring and nurturing coach. She gives mom vibes but in the best way, haha. Even before I purchased her coaching, she was so helpful to me when I messaged her. I felt silly sending her a DM, because literally no one responds in this space (esp not to a random guy), unless it's automated and selling something, so I was shocked when she sent the most heartfelt reply the next morning. I felt immediately at ease, even in the midst of all this. I can't wait to see all the people she will help, and hope at some point I can do the same! My wife said if we ever get to Arizona, we are buying her dinner!

After my sixth ER visit, countless specialist appointments, an MRI, a CAT scan, full neurological and cardiac workups, and more blood tests than I can remember, all I was told was: “It’s just anxiety.” My world felt like it was collapsing. I knew what anxiety felt like, I had lived with it my whole life, but this was different. My entire body felt like a war zone, my nervous system felt completely out of control. Desperate for answers, I turned to TikTok late one night during another bout of insomnia. That’s when I came across Amy. Within seconds of watching her video, I burst into tears... her story was so much like mine. On impulse, I reached out, never expecting a reply. But she answered, and not just once. For the next five months, despite being in the middle of her own healing journey, Amy responded to every message I sent. She offered advice, reassurance, and kindness during some of the darkest days of my life. Through this, we built a genuine friendship. We still laugh about our shared personality traits, and we continue to support one another through recovery. If anything good has come from those painful months, it’s the bond we’ve formed. Amy is incredibly knowledgeable in this field. Through her content, experience, and personal touch, she has helped countless people like me. I never imagined one of my biggest supporters and sources of hope would be a stranger from across the country, but that’s the kind of impact Amy has. I highly recommend working with Amy. She not only understands anxiety on a deep level, but she also brings compassion, insight, and lived experience that make all the difference in the recovery process.
